For health and hygiene reasons, hair cosmetics products cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Our other products (hair styling equipment and other hairdressing accessories) can be returned within 14 days of delivery. The products must be completely unopened and unused. Opened and/or used products cannot be refunded.

Too many returns

Several uncollected orders or consecutive product returns may cause a temporary delivery ban. In such case, the order will not be fulfilled. The order amount will be refunded in full.
