Payment and delivery terms

The products of the online store are sold by Taerosol Oy (business ID number 0284768-6). We sell and deliver products to consumers in mainland Finland.

Delivery methods

Delivery method 1: Collection from Posti's parcel machine (SmartPOST)

• Free delivery for orders over € 40. € 5.90 for orders under € 40.
• Delivery time approx. 3-5 business days.
• Pick up your order from the Posti parcel machine of your choice. Posti's close network and the long opening hours of stores and shopping centers in the evenings and weekends guarantee that you can pick up the package nearby when it suits you best.
• You will receive pick-up instructions by text message when the package arrives.
• MARKING! The Post only stores packages for a week.

Delivery method 2: Pickup from the Post Office (Posti)

• Free delivery for orders over € 40. € 5.90 for orders under € 40.
• Delivery time approx. 3-5 business days.
• Pick up your order from the Post of your choice.
• You will receive pick-up instructions by text message when the package arrives.
• MARKING! The Post only stores packages for a week.

Payment methods

The following Paytrail payment options are available in the online store:
• Mobile payment: MobilePay, Pivo, Siirto
• Online payment: you can use the online payment buttons of the most common Finnish banks
• Card payment: Visa, MasterCard


• Paying in the online bank or with mobile payment methods is free for the customer.

• When you have chosen a payment method from the options offered by the merchant, the payment transaction is transferred to the payment method's system. When you have accepted the payment and return to the online store, the payment is immediately recorded as having been made to the merchant.
• Payment is possible with all Luottokunta cards. The online store acts as a marketer of products and services and delivers the products to the buyer, as well as fulfills the legal and other obligations related to the store. In payments made with Visa, Visa Electron or MasterCard cards, Paytrail Oyj appears as the payee on the card invoice and forwards the payment to the merchant.

Mobile payment

Mobile payment methods are services that work in the application, with which you can pay for online purchases by bank transfer or as a card payment from the card by accepting the payment in the application in question. Pivo also accepts Siirto payments, which means that the payment can be accepted in any application that supports Siirto.


All prices include VAT. The valid price is the price indicated in the online store when ordering. The prices indicated on the website are only valid in the online store. Taerosol Oy reserves the right to correct incorrectly entered prices.

Order confirmation

The customer receives an order confirmation by e-mail about the received order and another e-mail when the order has been processed and the products are on their way.

Terms of order

• The subscriber must be at least 18 years old.
• Taerosol Oy reserves the right not to accept the order.
• We will send your order as quickly as possible, the estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days.
• It is not possible to change the delivery address after placing the order. After the online store order, we start processing it immediately to guarantee a fast delivery time. We cannot cancel or change order information after ordering.
• We will contact you if the ordered product is out of stock. You have the right to cancel the order if the product cannot be shipped within the next fourteen business days.
• No delivery fee is charged for possible subsequent deliveries.
• Uncollected orders, for which no separate notification of cancellation has been made to the customer service, will be charged the delivery fee valid at the time of the order. The delivery fee is deducted from the refundable amount. For the return, we ask for the customer's account number. The refund takes place when the payment for the order has been registered with us.

Complaints about orders

Products damaged in transit

If the delivered product is damaged, contact us by email at At the same time, you can indicate whether you want to return the product and get your money back, or whether you want us to send a similar product to replace the damaged one.


Wrong or missing product

If the product you ordered is wrong or the order is missing, please contact us by email at In the message, state the name under which the order was placed and which product is wrong or missing, and preferably also your order number, which you will receive by e-mail from the order confirmation.


Purchase returns

For health and hygiene reasons, the right of return does not apply to our hair cosmetics products. With our other products (hair styling equipment and other hairdressing accessories) has a 14-day right of return. The product to be returned must be completely unopened, unused and in salable condition. Opened or used products are not refunded.

Products must always be returned by making a separate return notification. For not picking up the products, we charge the delivery costs of the order.

Repeated uncollected orders or several consecutive product returns (more than 3 returns in half a year) may cause a temporary (6 months) break in order delivery. Others will not be sent to the customer, but the amount of the order will be returned to the account specified by the customer.
